Guided by science and driven by a pioneering spirit, we exist to create a world where dairy nourishes all people and the planet.We are now seeking a commercially astuteFinance Business Partnerto join our ANZ / International Finance team on a12-month maximum term contract, based in our vibrantSouthbank office .This is a high-impact role supporting the Head of Commercial Finance and partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and E-Commerce.More about the Opportunity:As Finance Business Partner, you will take ownership of management accounting activities across the international business unit, while delivering insightful financial modelling and commercial analysis to drive performance.You will be responsible for:Leading end-of-month (EOM) processes and financial reportingPreparing P&Ls and variance analysis (actual vs budget/forecast)Managing trade spend, marketing accruals and distribution journalsBalance sheet reconciliations and audit supportSales reporting, trade spend tracking and forward sales schedulingSG&A reporting across ANZ and International business unitsMonthly reconciliation of Amazon and online store P&LPricing setup and updates in OracleFinancial modelling for pricing, NPD and commercial business casesAd hoc commercial analysis and project supportThis role supports international operations and requires strong systems capability and the ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.What We're Looking ForWe are keen to attract an experienced Finance professional who thrives in a high-growth FMCG setting with a focus on driving internal relationships to support and partner with the ANZ and International businesses.You will bring:3–5 years' experience in a commercial accounting or finance roleFMCG, consumer products or retail finance experience (highly regarded)Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modelling capabilityExperience using Oracle (essential)Strong analytical thinking and reporting skillsCA/CPA qualified or working towards completionExceptional stakeholder management and communication skillsResilience, flexibility and the ability to manage competing prioritiesYou'll be commercially curious, detail-oriented and confident influencing stakeholders at all levels.If you are commercially minded, analytically strong and ready to make meaningful impact in a growing global dairy business we would love to hear from you.Why Join Us?The a2 Milk Company Australia is a certified Family Inclusive Workplace committed to improving our team members work life wellbeing with leading policies and practices on flexible work, parental leave, family care and family wellbeing.
