About the Role
* The Service Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.
* This includes leading by example, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure, and effectively communicating with patrons and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily operations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
* Lead a team by setting a positive example, promoting a culture of excellence, and driving results-oriented performance.
* Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including patrons and staff, to address their needs and concerns.
* Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes mutual respect and trust.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
* Strong leadership experience, with a proven track record of inspiring and motivating others.
* Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
* A deep understanding of occupational health and safety (OHS) principles, with the ability to apply them in a real-world setting.
* Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate, as well as a National Police Check.
* Availability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
