We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to lead the delivery of a commercial construction project in Adelaide.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in commercial construction, fitout, and refurbishment projects.
Key qualifications include tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building, or Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator on projects above $10 million is required.
Additional skills include knowledge of tender processes, financial understanding, and knowledge of construction costs.
Self-driven and detail-oriented candidates with a passion for building relationships across the industry are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience with Estimate One, Hammertech, and Procore is highly desirable.
