We're recruiting a hands-on Social Media & Content Manager for a growing consumer brand based in Windsor. This is the priority hire and an excellent opportunity for someone who wants real ownership and visibility.
This role will own day-to-day social channels and content execution, keeping momentum going during a team transition and helping drive engagement and growth.
This business is a growing seed and gardening eCommerce brand with a down-to-earth, non-pretentious culture. The environment feels like a startup operating within an established business, with real ownership, fast decision-making, and plenty of opportunity to shape how digital and social evolve. The team is collaborative, practical, and focused on getting things done rather than titles or ego. The role is based in the Windsor area, and the commute is the biggest consideration, so they're ideally looking for someone local or genuinely happy to be onsite most days.
What you'll be doing
Owning Instagram and Facebook, with Pinterest as a secondary channel
Supporting expansion into TikTok over time
Planning, scheduling and publishing content across platforms
Coordinating and occasionally creating photo and video content with internal teams and agencies
Contributing to website content alongside subject matter experts and agency partners
Managing micro-influencer relationships end to end
Applying basic SEO principles to content and working with an external SEO agency
Using Meta Insights and Google Analytics to track performance and inform ideas
What we're looking for
Hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts
Someone who can plan and execute content independently, not just follow briefs
Comfortable using data to explain what worked, what changed, and why
Basic understanding of SEO and content for search
Strong communication skills and confidence working with agencies
A genuine interest in social trends and platform changes

Mid-weight level, roughly 2–3+ years experience
Salary around $80k + super
Based onsite in Windsor, with an expectation of 4 days in office and 1 day WFH
