Job Description
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our operations in Cairns, QLD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our business.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth functioning of all tours, coordinating schedules, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will also oversee financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to strategic planning to promote growth and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
* Team Management: Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve business objectives
* Tour Operations: Coordinate tour schedules, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure timely delivery of services
* Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including budget planning, forecasting, and reporting
* Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements
* Experience: Proven experience in team management, leadership, and staff coordination
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
* Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
