What you'll do:
* Leverage data and insights to deeply understand client needs and behaviours to inform and optimise marketing programs.
* Work closely with business stakeholders to co-create and execute impactful marketing campaigns, leveraging the latest marketing thinking – this includes designing and driving end-to-end campaign planning with multi-channel execution: inbound/outbound, content-driven, events, social media, website/SEO/SEM, sponsorships. Accountable for ROI and attribution.
* Critically review propositions, content and copy for thought leadership, collateral and web for consistency, tone of voice and relevance for the target audience.
* Be responsible for assessing return on investment of all marketing activity, leveraging insights to inform future activities. Translate client or market problems into marketing strategies; connect campaigns to business outcomes and client value.
* Project and budget management, track milestones, budgets, and resources; maintain high-quality execution and timely delivery.
* Foster and maintain strong relationships inside PwC - both within the C&M community with (marketing colleagues, Industry drivers, priority account teams and global counterparts) and our markets leadership (Industry Leaders, Business Market Leaders, Priority 100 Accounts Lead, Growth Priority Leads etc).
* Ensure all brand, risk & legal compliance and marketing governance is adhered to.
* Champion PwC's brand by leveraging the visual and verbal expression and future brand positioning strategies.
What we're looking for:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience with formal qualifications in marketing, experience in a B2B, professional services or financial services will be favoured
* B2B marketing experience, ideally within financial services or professional services sectors.
* Clear, concise written and verbal communication; ability to craft compelling narratives for clients and internal stakeholders and to simplify complex technical content for external multiple channels (incl webcopy/eDMs/event invites/social media posts)
* You can work in high pressure environments and deliver on tight deadlines, moving between planning and execution seamlessly.
* Deeply understand client needs, industry context, and pain points; design messaging and campaigns that address those needs.
* Strong stakeholder management, builds trust, credibility and influence among internal teams Thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment; adjust plans as priorities shift; manage competing deadlines calmly.
* Shows curiosity and continuous learning. Generate fresh ideas for demand generation, thought leadership, branding, and integrated campaigns; balance creativity with business impact.
* An analytical mindset and leverage data for decision making.
