About the Position
CSF Steel Fabricators, a division of CSF Industries, is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor / Coordinator to join our growing Townsville operations. This key leadership role is responsible for coordinating site crews and contractors, to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Site Leadership & Coordination
* Supervise and organise site crews and subcontractors.
* Schedule labour and maintain daily crew rosters.
* Communicate job expectations, project updates, issues, and site requirements.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, in order, and within budget.
* Maintain a coordinated and organised team environment.
Safety & Compliance
* Enforce all health, safety and environmental policies and Safe Work Method Statements.
* Ensure site housekeeping and safety standards are upheld.
* Report all incidents and assist with return-to-work processes.
* Provide and ensure correct use of PPE and equipment.
Project Management
* Liaise with the principal contractor and site management teams.
* Review construction methodology and project budgets prior to commencement.
* Complete quality assurance documentation.
* Assist with identifying variations and managing dayworks.
* Aim for zero site defects and support defect rectification activities.
Team & Administrative Duties
* Conduct monthly toolbox talks and daily pre-starts.
* Approve timecards daily and maintain accurate records.
* Support site problem-solving and general construction activities as required.
* Assist with tendering and site-based cost inputs.
About You
Essential Qualifications & Experience
* Demonstrated experience in a similar site supervision role within construction or industrial environments.
* Strong skills in planning, scheduling and coordinating site activities.
* Trade or tertiary qualification in building or engineering.
* Working knowledge of project management practices.
* Proficient with MS Project and MS Office Suite.
* Sound understanding of regulations, standards, and best practices.
* Current C Class Driver's Licence
* Reliable Transport

* Trade background.
* Project Management qualification.
* Open Site Supervisor Licence.
* Current First Aid and CPR.
