Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Ecommerce and Retail Account Manager to join our team. As an Ecommerce and Retail Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading global partner in the Online Retail space.
Your primary responsibility will be to negotiate game plans for execution by Field sales representatives. This will include merchandising programs, Balance of Floor (BOF), and Balance of Sale (BOS).
You will also be responsible for managing online customers performance marketing strategies, including Ad spend management, CRO & ROAS optimisation as well as traffic generation.
Additionally, you will drive effective sell-in and sell-through of products, with a strong focus on New Product Development (NPD) and strategic imperatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage account portfolio, ensuring it aligns with overall ANZ objectives.
* Negotiate strategic growth agreements for each quarter.
* Capture and communicate internally industry and competitor insights.
* Cultivate strategic and positive relationships with trade customers.
