The fire’s being lit in Canberra this May and Hunter & Barrel is building a strong kitchen team to bring the venue to life.
Backed by the group behind The Meat & Wine Co, this is an opportunity to join an established hospitality business with a reputation for quality, consistency and long-term career growth.
We’re currently hiring Line Cooks across the Larder, Pans and Dessert sections, offering part-time contracts (20 - 30 hours per week), with the opportunity to grow as the team expands.

What We’re Looking For
* 1+ year experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen
* Experience in your section (larder, pans, or dessert)
* Strong understanding of kitchen operations and service standards
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (beneficial)
* Reliable, team-focused, and consistent under pressure
* Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster
