Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow our Google Ads department. As a seasoned expert, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI) for our clients.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Taking full ownership of the Google Ads department and ensuring its growth and success through strategic planning and execution.
* Developing tailored strategies for clients while maintaining strong, professional relationships.
* Setting clear expectations, key performance indicators (KPIs), and goals for each campaign to ensure measurable success.
* Performing in-depth keyword research, creating engaging ads, managing campaign performance, and bid management.
* Overseeing existing Google Ads staff members, ensuring they meet their duties and KPIs.
* Handling inbound sales inquiries and creating proposals for new leads to help expand the Google Ads department.
* Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager, as well as being able to monitor performance, provide insights, and recommendations to clients.
Requirements Include:
* Proven expertise in Google Ads account management with a track record of delivering real results.
* Ability to form, implement, and oversee Google Ads game plans for multiple clients.
* Strong analytical skills for performance analysis and reporting.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and take initiative.
* Knowledge of WordPress website editing, GTM implementation & testing, A/B testing, and optimization techniques.
* Ability to put together compelling proposals and drive new business opportunities.
* Experience in managing or mentoring team members, ensuring they meet performance goals.
