About the role
QLD focused role, location agnostic, subject to the appropriate candidate. You will manage and grow a portfolio of high net worth clients that fit the Major Agricultural Clients (MAC) definition, across the State in accordance with Banks goals for, client satisfaction, credit quality and profitability.
Drive balance sheet and revenue growth in the States MAC portfolio, to contribute to achieving the overall business plans/strategy of the State, whilst maintaining acceptable credit standards through the business cycle.
MAC targets complex Food and Agriculture businesses that are vertically integrated and/or operating pre‐farm or post‐farm gate, filling the gap between Rural and Wholesale Banking.

To be successful in the role, you will have:
* Extensive experience in a Banking role – with direct client exposure to larger clients.
* Ideally a thorough understanding of major agricultural clients gained through experience.
* An understanding and interest in the rural industry
* Strong credit and risk skills
* Knowledge of specialised financial products
* Strong team player
