Employment Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Employment Consultant to establish and maintain relationships with employers in our Workforce Australia program. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing job seekers to prospective employers, developing and sustaining employer and community networks, and collaborating with employment consultants to place participants into suitable employment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Travel across Darwin, building employer relationships and marketing job seekers to prospective employers
* Develop and sustain employer and community networks
* Collaborate with Employment Consultants to place participants into suitable employment
* Negotiate with employers to ensure successful job placements
* Maintain compliance and accurate database input
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* Possession of a current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle
* Willingness to undergo a Criminal History Check
* Able to obtain a Working with Children Safely Card
