This is an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer to become part of a high-performing Finance team, supporting a national practice with a strong reputation and loyal local and international client base. The role will see you take ownership of the receivables function, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and effective communication across internal stakeholders and clients. The Responsibilities: Accurately process and record all incoming payments on a daily basis Proactively manage aged debtor accounts, following up to recover outstanding balances Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries Regularly review and reconcile client accounts to ensure transactions are correctly recorded Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between client records and internal accounting systems The Requirements: Experience within a professional services environment Exposure to Inprotech and MYOB (highly regarded) Experience monitoring unbilled disbursements and recoveries balances Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes, with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience Exposure to multi-currency transactions The Benefits: Flexible working arrangements Reward and recognition program that recognises individual and team performance A Social Club which provides a wide range of activities throughout the year Health and Wellbeing program including access to our Employee Assistance Program To Note: Only considering Australian Citizens and Permanent Resident Visa holders currently If you're interested in this opportunity, please apply to the role directly.
