Motorcycle Mechanic Multiple Positions Available
Role Overview
We are seeking 23 qualified Motorcycle Mechanics to join a well-established workshop on a full-time long-term basis. This is a Monday to Friday role with consistent hours and a strong focus on quality workmanship across a variety of major motorcycle brands.
Long-term commitment and reliability are essential as these positions are intended to be ongoing rather than short-term engagements.
Employment Details
* Full-time permanent roles
* Monday to Friday: 8:00 am 5:00 pm
* Stable long-term employment opportunity
* Paid trial days or short work trials available to assess technical capability and cultural fit
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose service and repair motorcycles across multiple major brands
* Perform routine servicing, preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs
* Accurately identify faults and carry out repairs to manufacturer standards
* Work across a variety of models and engine configurations
* Maintain clear job records and workshop documentation
* Contribute to a safe organized and professional workshop environment
Essential Requirements
* Trade-qualified Motorcycle Mechanic
* Proven experience working across multiple motorcycle brands including (but not limited to):
o Triumph
o Harley-Davidson
o Honda
o Yamaha
o Kawasaki
o Suzuki
* Ability to work confidently across different makes and models
* Experience limited to non-Chinese imports
* Strong mechanical diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Reliable punctual and committed to long-term employment
* Clear English communication skills suitable for workshop coordination and reporting
Candidate Profile
* Preference for candidates already based in Australia
* Open to local interstate and relocation candidates
* Candidates on working visas will be considered
* Visa sponsorship may be available following a successful probation period
