As Practice Manager, you'll oversee all operational, financial, and HR functions of the dental clinic, driving strategic growth, ensuring compliance, and coaching a high-performing team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Our client Lifelong Dental is a Lara-based dental clinic that provides positive, comfortable experiences for each patient that walks through the door, providing themselves on a patient-centric model of care. The successful candidate will bring a proven ability to streamline clinic operations, drive financial discipline and manage the full HR cycle, creating a compliant and efficient practice environment. They will excel as a collaborative leader who builds engaged, high-performing teams and champions strategic growth initiatives and community partnerships to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
What you will do
* Oversee all day-to-day operations of the dental clinic, ensuring efficient workflows and strict compliance. They will manage budgeting, billing, financial reporting, and variance analysis in partnership with the bookkeeper to safeguard profitability.
* Lead the full employee lifecycle, cultivating an accountable, high-performing team.
* Spearhead continuous process-improvement projects, marketing initiatives, and community partnerships to drive strategic growth and consistently elevate the patient experience.
This role is responsible for
* Oversee daily clinic operations, including appointment workflows, resource allocation, and front- and back-office coordination
* Manage financial stewardship—from annual budgeting and billing oversight to variance analysis and cash-flow monitoring
* Lead the full employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, training, and disciplinary processes
* Ensure strict compliance with WHS, infection-control, privacy regulations, and internal quality standards through policy management and audits
* Drive strategic growth by spearheading marketing campaigns, forging community partnerships, and implementing continuous process-improvement projects
To be successful in this role you will have
