The Role
Working Monday to Friday, you will provide end‐to‐end administrative and marketing support to a team of four agents. This is a fast‐paced, hands‐on position suited to someone organised, proactive, and eager to build a career in commercial real estate.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct property research using RP Data, Cityscope, Nearmap and council portals
* Prepare submissions, agency agreements and marketing proposals
* Assist in drafting and reviewing information memorandums and presentation booklets
* Coordinate marketing campaigns including photographers and print media
* Create and manage online listings
* Track competitor stock and monitor market activity
* Respond to and manage buyer and tenant enquiries
* Maintain and update the CRM database
* Liaise with solicitors to obtain contracts and required documentation
* Ensure deadlines for marketing and print media are met in line with brand guidelines
About You
* Certificate of Registration (COR) required
* Current driver's license and access to a car
* Previous real estate experience advantageous, however entry‐level candidates will be considered
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Confident communicator with a professional presentation
* Eager to learn and grow within a high‐performing environment
