About Our Client
Operating from the Hazelmere component rebuild facility in Perth, our client delivers high-quality equipment rebuilds to support large-scale mining and construction operations. The facility specialises in complex component overhauls, ensuring machinery is restored to optimal performance standards while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality control. Through experienced personnel, streamlined processes, and close coordination with local suppliers and dealers, the Hazelmere team consistently supports reliable fleet availability and project continuity.
What You Will Be Doing
The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of asset master data and asset transaction administration, including procurement, capitalisation, transfers, PPSR management, and asset disposals. The role also covers lease master setup and ongoing maintenance, lease-related Procure-to-Pay administration, rebate processing, and business unit Procure-to-Pay activities. In addition, you will manage expense claims, business unit credit card and asset-related expenses, provide administrative support to the Australia West Assets Teams, and oversee tyre administration and cash forecasting. Month-end transaction processing and reporting support form a key part of the role, alongside ensuring asset data integrity through regular review and control. You will also contribute to the initiation and execution of business process improvements.
