**About DFP**:

This role will effectively manage infrastructure assets in collaboration with peers to deliver and optimise capital programs, maintenance regimes, and provide asset management and technical expertise. The asset portfolios include the Sewerage and/or Water systems which will include but are not limited to pumping stations (e.g. pumps, rising mains, cranes, fire suppression assets, instrumentation); water mains, gravity pipelines, structures, roads and bridges; penstocks and flowmeters; valves, pressure reducing stations and instrumentation; air treatment facilities; sewerage and water Treatment
**Skills and Experiences**
- These roles will lead and coordinate robust stakeholder engagement and communications, which includes communicating complex engineering matters to both technical and non-technical audiences. It goes without saying you have a reliable collection of experiences to draw from to ensure stakeholders are satisfied with the quantity and quality of information provided.
- You have a solid reputation for and demonstrated background of respectfully and successfully partnering with key people on projects and communicating with a variety of stakeholders including consultants, local councils, government representatives, planning authorities, developers and community members.
- You have exceptional stakeholder engagement, resilience and negotiation skills which will be utilised as you navigate complex issues, conversations, expectations and the general demands and priorities of the role. You have a work style that naturally lends itself to contributing to an inclusive workplace culture that is collaborative, professional and engaged.
