About the Role Reporting to the Head of Property, you’ll manage all aspects of property operations, tenant and landlord relations, and asset performance. Your role will be key to maintaining the high standards and strong reputation of our growing portfolio.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage a mixed portfolio of commercial office, retail, and industrial properties
- Handle lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews, and market assessments
- Coordinate maintenance and contractor services, ensuring compliance and quality
- Manage budgets, outgoings, and financial reporting
- Oversee tenant relations and ensure a positive leasing experience
- Conduct regular property inspections and compliance checks
- Work closely with the accounts and asset management teams to deliver results
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial property management
- Proven ability to manage mixed-use portfolios (commercial/retail/industrial)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with tenants and landlords
- High level of organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in property management software (Cirrus 8 experience highly regarded)
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
