About the Provider Our client is known for delivering high-quality, person-centred allied health care across community, home, and clinic-based settings. Their team supports children, adolescents, adults, and families through NDIS and private clients, aiming to make a meaningful impact every day. Key Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based OT assessments and interventions tailored to individual goals Support clients across the lifespan, with caseloads ranging from paediatrics to adults Work in home, community, and clinic settings across the Canberra region Develop, implement, and review client-centred therapy plans Conduct functional capacity assessments, sensory profiles, and home safety evaluations Collaborate with other allied health professionals, families, and support coordinators Maintain accurate documentation and reporting aligned with NDIS requirements About You AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist New graduates and experienced OTs are welcome to apply Passion for working with either paediatric or adult clients (or both) Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team Current Police Check, WWCC (or ability to obtain), and NDIS Worker Screening Full Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle What’s On Offer Competitive salary based on experience ($80K–$100K package) Flexible working options: full-time or part-time Manageable caseloads and strong administrative support CPD allowance and regular supervision from senior clinicians Laptop, phone, and travel reimbursements provided Collaborative and inclusive team culture Opportunities for career development and leadership roles
