This mid-sized, forward thinking insurance repair builder, has an opportunity for a Project Coordinator & Supevisor to join their Queensland division - Townsville.
We're looking for someone to do a position that is 85% office based, but with the capability to act as a Supervisor and step on site to check on things as needed. No qualifications needed - industry experience only accepted

This insurance repair builder has a large network of Project Managers, Builders and Trades in the area, a strong administrative support team, and modernised systems and procedures in place. They currently operate under multiple insurance panels.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You would be focused on a mixture of BAU and Major Loss Insurance Repair Building projects in Townsville.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Starting salary is $85,000 - $110,000.
ABOUT YOU
* Project coordination experience within the insurance building industry preferred. Otherwise residential or commercial construction coordinating exposure also highly advantageous.
* Ability to step onto site and Supervise / check on site based activities when required.
* Excellent communication - with customers, trades and project managers.
* Professional, responsible and committed.
* Computer confident.
* Able to commit to the role long-term and willingness to grow with the company.
