CPC Engineering is seeking an experienced and motivated Industrial Painter Blaster Supervisor to join our Great Southern team, based in Albany.
We are seeking someone residential to Albany, this is not a FIFO role.
This is a local, full-time position offering the opportunity to lead from the front while supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
About the Role
As a Painter Blaster Supervisor, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of painting and blasting works. You will lead a small crew, manage projects hands-on, and ensure that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. While your focus will be on painting and blasting, you will also provide supervision across non-painting works where required.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a small team to deliver high-quality results.
* Estimate jobs, allocate duties, and set clear direction for the crew.
* Contribute to efficient project delivery by organising and supervising day-to-day activities.
* Assist in planning and implementing works programs.
* Maintain strong communication with peers, supervisors, and team members.
* Uphold CPC's Zero Injury commitment by ensuring a safe working environment.
* Carry out business management tasks including record keeping, preparing reports, and ordering materials and equipment.
* Monitor performance, ensure work quality, and meet deadlines and project outcomes.
About You
* Previous experience in painting/blasting supervision within engineering, maintenance, or related industries.
* Highly self-motivated with the ability to motivate and guide others.
* You will have Painting Qualifications, EWP (HRWL) and Forklift ticket
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety and CPC's Zero Injury philosophy.
