Your Role
Deliver meaningful business insights through robust reporting, financial modelling, and data analysis
Lead and manage budgeting processes, monthly financial reviews, and performance tracking
Partner with internal stakeholders to build trusted relationships and become a key advisor on financial matters
Facilitate monthly meetings with business units to review financials, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities
Investigate financial anomalies, cleanse and interpret data, and provide explicit, actionable recommendations
Your Skills and Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar finance role, preferably within the aged care industry
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to identify root causes and avoid reliance on workarounds
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage directly with stakeholders and explain complex financial concepts
Demonstrated commitment, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience with financial systems; familiarity with Tech1 is highly desirable
