Family Violence Practitioner Role
Join a leading organization dedicated to supporting women and children impacted by family violence. As a Specialist Family Violence Practitioner, you will contribute to the delivery of robust assessments, crisis response, and specialist FV case management services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish effective relationships with clients that encourage self-determination and participation.
* Provide specialist FV case management and crisis support in accordance with TSA case management models and standards of practice.
* Conduct ongoing assessment of client issues, needs, and circumstances from initial intake to exit.
* Develop individual case plans in collaboration with clients, including a range of interventions that address their needs or goals.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Social Work is essential.
* Experience working in the family violence sector is desirable.
* Relevant child protection requirements are obtained, such as Working with Children Check.
* Ability and willingness to be on call.
