**What this opportunity involves**:
We are now on the lookout for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join our Adelaide based team to become our new Assistant Marketing Manager on behalf of JLL for several of our prominent shopping centre client accounts. This role is responsible for setting and implementing innovative marketing strategies across retail assets, the delivery of the marketing plan across a small portfolio of assets, under the oversight of a Property Manager and Marketing Director, and with the support of the broader team.
**An overview of the role**:
Assisting with developing and delivering a strategic Marketing Plan and Budget
Developing and implementing campaigns
Building strong relationships with retailers
Managing social media and creating content for various centres
Helping coordinate and monitor all aspects of PR
Arranging advertising materials
Liaising with local media
Engaging with the local community
Marketing and sales administration
Build and maintain effective relationships with relevant third party agencies and suppliers
High level of organisation and time management skills.

Previous experience in a marketing and social media management role preferred.
