We're looking for an Account Executive to join our client management team in Sydney. In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting with the implementation of major projects for two of our most high profile clients - *hint* if you love Bundy Rum, sports & agri-tech you'll be super excited about what's instore. You will have a genuine passion for creativity and its power to solve business challenges with transformational ideas. You'll love building honest and open client relationships, which ultimately help you to find new ways to add value to our client partner's businesses. You will be fluent in digital /social as well as having some experience working in fully integrated brand platform campaign delivery. And above all, you will enjoy working with a bunch of super talented and kind creative human beings who love what they do.

**You'll specifically be responsible for**:

- Supporting all members of your team on their respective tasks assigned
- Alerting your manager (s) of any real or perceived client issues
- Effectively prioritising your work load and ensuring that your team are constantly kept informed on your progress of any given task
- Take on tasks directed to you by the team leader to help keep projects on track internally and stakeholders informed
- Understanding your clients' business, being fully aware of the market, consumer and current issues effecting each category
- Understanding consumers and sourcing intelligence on consumer trends / product related topics
- Know the client Brand Guidelines to ensure all communications are on brand and meet requirements
- Develop clear written briefs/debriefs and project documentation
- Take notes and write Contact reports for client meetings, important detailed phone calls and WIP meetings within 48hrs
- Gain approval of Creative Briefs, estimates/timelines, Internal concept review, copy, concepts and final artwork by relevant parties
- Expanding your knowledge across all our products, services and processes.
- Proactively contributing to creative solutions which help our clients to grow.

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualified in a communications/marketing discipline preferred
- Preferably some advertising agency experience
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Organisation, communication, administrative, interpersonal
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrates initiative with enthusiastic "can do" approach
- Can work independently
