Process Engineering Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team in Brisbane. As part of a larger cohort of engineering talent, this individual will work collaboratively across a diverse group of people to develop stable and reliable manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the development and implementation of safe, scalable, and stable manufacturing processes across the manufacturing network for new and commercially available products.
* Support the introduction of new processes, equipment, and materials, including installation, calibration, and quality system documentation requirements.
* Plan and develop engineering work packages concerned with unique problems or team challenges that have an important impact on moderate to large programs.
* Execute and document process validation builds, coordinate testing of characterization, verification, and validation units, and compile, analyze, and report on results.
* Meet the manufacturing network optimization strategy by relocating/duplicating processes across the manufacturing network, in line with project objectives, targets, and timelines within the area of expertise.
* Support the development and execution of experimentation and testing to enable characterization, optimization, and troubleshooting of processes and equipment.

Requirements:

* Tertiary qualifications in Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent, ideally with demonstrated experience in a similar process development engineering role within a highly regulated industry.
* An engineering professional who applies scientific and engineering knowledge, mathematics, and statistical ingenuity to complete projects.
* Demonstrable basic technical expertise on process/product technologies to support design, optimization, validation, and troubleshooting of emergent issues that arise within those technologies.
* Ideal working knowledge of DFSS/DMAIC tools, KT Problem Solving & Decision Making, PDCA, DOE's, and demonstrable experience in the application of these tools in the characterization, optimization, and troubleshooting of process equipment and technology performance.
