We are looking for an IT Solutions Analyst to join our high‐performing APAC IT team. Reporting to the IT & C Manager, you will provide advanced technical support across Woolpert's business sectors. Based in our Woolpert Sydney or Melbourne office, this role involves troubleshooting, asset management, documentation, and supporting IT infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities
* Managing and resolving Level 2 and Level 3 IT support requests.
* Responding to phone calls and e‐mails through the Helpdesk from clients and internal staff regarding technical support issues (remedial or add, move and change).
* Support and administration of Exchange / MS365 environment.
* Troubleshooting issues related but not limited to software, hardware, servers, routers, firewalls, peripherals and networking equipment.
* Provide training and support to end‐users on new technologies and systems.
* Collaborate with local and global IT teams to implement and support IT infrastructure projects.
Required qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in IT.
* Experience providing face‐to‐face support is essential.
* 3+ years of experience with relevant responsibilities.
* Sound knowledge of Windows desktop and server environment, MS365 and associated technologies.
* Working understanding of LAN and WAN environments and technologies.
* Experience with cloud technologies.
* Proven experience supporting customers and flexibility to work onsite across multiple offices.
* Strong customer service skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at different levels.
Desirable experience and qualifications
* ITIL.
* MS365 qualifications.
* Certified Professional of the Australian Computer Society.
