Role Description
As the Dragway Manager, you'll take the lead in driving both the business and operational success of a record‑setting dragway precinct. You'll oversee day‑to‑day venue operations, bring weekly events to life, and champion innovation to deliver world‑class experiences for every customer who walks through our gates. In this dynamic leadership role you will guide and inspire a team of casual event staff while collaborating closely with marketing, sales, finance, IT, and operations to deliver exceptional outcomes across the precinct. You will also nurture strong relationships with sanctioning bodies, promoters, and key suppliers—ensuring the venue remains a premier destination for motorsport enthusiasts.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in venue, event, or motorsport operations management (preferably dragway focused).
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross‑functional teams.
* Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and commercial performance.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* A strategic and proactive approach to innovation and problem‑solving.
* A passion for motorsport and high‑end customer experiences .
* A commitment to maintaining safety standards, with previous experience in this area.
* A valid driver's licence.
