About our Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a skilled commercial lawyer with 2–5 years PAE to join our fast-growing, technology-driven commercial and property practice. You will work across a wide range of commercial, property and transactional matters.
* You will manage client intake, open matters, prepare quotes and costs agreements, and support weekly and fortnightly billing processes.
* You will meet with clients virtually or in person, explain the law in clear language, and help them make informed decisions.
* You will conduct legal research, assist with advice drafting, and prepare structured written opinions.
About Your Background
We are looking for a lawyer who is intelligent, commercially minded, and hungry to grow. You will ideally have exposure to or strong interest in commercial transactions, property transactions, M&A, property development, or advisory work.
