Enterprise Infrastructure Support Specialist
This role focuses on Tier 2 monitoring and support across complex enterprise systems, encompassing multiple environments including Windows, Linux, Citrix, IIS, and Middleware.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide proactive and predictive monitoring and issue resolution for servers, storage, software, and batch job flows to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
* Support enterprise-wide environments, covering a broad spectrum of technologies including Windows, Linux, Citrix, IIS, and Middleware.
* Collaborate in server reboots, regular patching, and infrastructure-related support requests to maintain system integrity and stability.
* Participate in cross-functional project teams, major incident response, and disaster recovery exercises to foster a culture of resilience and adaptability.
* Promote standard processes and identify opportunities for automation to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
