* Providing safe effective prescribing within scope of competence
* Diploma required in Independent Prescribing qualification V300 essential.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and effective prescribing services, working independently while maintaining close communication with the wider team. Key responsibilities include:
1. Deliver high-quality patient care through evidence-based clinical practice;
2. Maintain accurate records using EMIS software;
3. Become an integral part of the multidisciplinary healthcare team by actively participating in regular meetings;
