Customer Service Representative


Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing the customer journey from initial contact through to delivery. You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate and support customers, ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
* Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services
* Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing situations
