Description As a Planning & Production Coordinator, you'll be the link between supply chain and production, helping to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating daily updates and stock transfers between teams, ensuring accurate SKU-level tracking. Managing STO bookings and keeping SAP production plans current and aligned with other systems. Updating shortage reports and ETAs in SAP to keep everyone informed. Overseeing goods receipting, verifying deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. Preparing production orders and labels to match daily schedules. Organizing deliveries to meet DIFOT targets. Investigating stock and production variances, identifying issues, and supporting solutions. Ensuring timesheets are submitted correctly Assisting with general admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly. Profile Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role within production or supply chain environments. Education: APICS accreditation or equivalent qualifications are a plus. Skills: Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Office. Strong understanding of supply chain and production workflows. Attributes: A keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for CI. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
