Business Development Representative

Are you a driven sales professional looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team and help us drive revenue growth through proactive outreach and lead generation initiatives.


About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their sales skills, build relationships with clients, and contribute to the success of our business. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential new customers within the small to medium-market segment. You will need to understand our value proposition deeply and manage all phases of the sales cycle.


Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively identify and target potential new customers within the SMB landscape.
* Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through effective lead qualification and outreach.
* Conduct thorough discovery to qualify leads and prioritize high-value opportunities.
* Deliver engaging demos and persuasive presentations to convert leads into customers.
* Manage contract negotiations to meet customer needs and company goals.
* Collaborate with teams like Customer Success and Sales Operations for seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

* A Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
* At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of new business success.
* Strong negotiation skills and ability to articulate value propositions persuasively.
* Results-driven with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Proactive in outreach and lead generation initiatives.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage the sales process effectively.
* Strong communication skills in English.
* Willingness to work in a hybrid setting.
