Trade Hub Warehouse Role
We are seeking a Sales and Logistics Assistant to join our Trade Hub team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales process, managing stock movements, and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse environment, including picking, packing, and dispatching orders. They will also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with sales inquiries and provide product information to customers
* Manage stock movements, including receiving, storing, and dispatching orders
* Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks
* Provide excellent customer service, both in-person and over the phone
Requirements:
* Experience working in a warehouse environment
* Ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform manual tasks
* Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Office Suite programmes – Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Australian driver's licence
