What role will you play?
As a Digital Content and Editorial Manager in our dynamic Corporate Affairs team, reporting to the Head of Content, you will collaborate with teams worldwide. Your role is pivotal in showcasing Macquarie's global capabilities and the expertise of our people, helping us build an industry-leading content function. You will transform topical, unique stories into insightful, engaging thought-leadership pieces that tell 'the Macquarie story'.
What you offer
- Editorial-minded with proven experience in journalism or content production
- Proven ability to produce written content in digital formats, including web articles, blogs, social media posts, video scripts, and digital screens
- Experience leading the creation of thought leadership content aligned with business goals and engaging digital audiences
- Knowledge of current market trends, best practices, and proficiency with new tools, including AI, to enhance content performance
- Ability to use analytics to measure and improve content impact
- Strong relationship-building skills, cultural adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset
