Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager to maximize sales potential and maintain smooth store operations.
Lead by example, deliver exceptional customer service, and develop a passionate, high-performing team.
Oversee visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention and performance reporting.
Ensure WHS compliance and a safe work environment.
Qualifications
Retail management or leadership experience.
Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Willingness to learn all aspects of automotive retail.
Operational knowledge in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, performance reporting.
Mechanical experience is a bonus, not required.
