The Role
As the Maintenance & Property Supervisor you will be responsible for the upkeep of the building and surrounds and managing maintenance staff. Your duties will include:
6. Managing Reactive and Preventative Maintenance
7. Minor property repairs (ie. Light bulbs, door hinges, taps etc)
8. Maintaining an adequate inventory of supplies
9. Upkeep of properties, gardens and entranceways
10. Monthly reporting
11. Work closely with the Property Manager
12. Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely
13. Support the Facilities Manager on any ad hoc tasts
14. Delegate work to staff as needed
15. Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs
Candidate Requirements
To be suitable for this role, you must have:
16. Must have previous experience and background in all areas of hands-on maintenance
17. Qualifications in trade or trade-related enterprises
18. Sound computer skills
19. Have a motivated & positive attitude
20. Excellent communication skills
21. Have a valid driver’s license & NSW White Card
