The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Admin person, without industry whom is keen to join our team in O'Connor. This is a full-time role and you will be provided on the job training and support as you settle into the role and learn the industry and job specific reasonability's.
The main day to day job functions, are being the point of contact for several key accounts, coordinating shipments, obtaining and supplying pricing, resolving inquiries, and ensuring the smooth flow of freight.
Qualifications & Skills:
* No Previous experience is necessary, although if you have Import or Export knowledge that would assist you.
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent time management skills and attention to details.
* Ability to learn promptly and retain information.
* Keen eager and hungry to learn a new industry and have the ability to retain information presented.
* Reliable, attentive, caring and a high level of self pride in your work output.
