Role and Responsibility
Preparing a range of Modern Australian meals for guests of the venue, including breakfast and lunch to a high standard
Ensure menus, food standards, procedures and processes are followed
Supervise and manage kitchen operations as required
Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance
Is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen area is in line with current health regulation standards

Experience in a fast and busy environment
