Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate at Healthy Nutrition Club, located in Melbourne, VIC. As an Associate, your responsibilities will include assisting in daily operations, providing excellent customer service, supporting the team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring quality products and services are delivered to customers. You will actively participate in team collaborations, manage inventory, and contribute to meeting organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
Organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain workspace neatness
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team success
Punctuality, a proactive approach, and adaptability to dynamic tasks
Prior experience in customer service or retail is a plus
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Relevant certifications or education in nutrition or a related field are advantageous
