The Position
Leading a small and capable in-house team, you'll drive strategic campaigns that build brand awareness, generate quality leads, and support long-term business goals. Your experience across digital, content, PR, and events will be key to delivering integrated campaigns with measurable impact.
* Deliver end-to-end marketing initiatives aligned with business strategy
* Enhance brand visibility and ensure consistent communications
* Lead content, digital, event and lead nurture campaigns
* Manage budgets, timelines, and agency partners
* Mentor and guide a small internal marketing team
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing to business objectives
Skills & Experience
* 5+ years in a senior marketing role, ideally within property/real estate
* Proven leadership and people development skills
* Results-driven with strong commercial acumen
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills
* Tertiary qualifications in marketing or related discipline
