We are looking for a dedicated Level 1 Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic team in Wollongong.
Role Overview:
As a Level 1 Service Desk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing proficient and timely technical support to our clients. This involves troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications, networking, and telephony issues. Your analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills will be essential in resolving technical challenges effectively.
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Provide remote service desk support to a variety of environments from 10 - 100 users.
* Desktop, server and application support within Microsoft AD and Exchange environments.
* Support Terminal Services environments hosted in the cloud.
* Perform a wide variety of Level 1 support across many technologies.
Requirements:
* Desktop support knowledge. You must be familiar with end user support and Active Directory to be considered for this role.
* Knowledge of Windows Server and Exchange.
* A general knowledge of technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall.
* An understanding of backup systems and software.
* An understanding of ITIL and customer service principles would be highly regarded.
* Excellent written skills, with a great phone manner.
* Great attention to detail and time management skills.
* Fast and accurate keyboard skills, with proper spelling and grammar.
* Experience working with an IT outsourcer or service provider.
* Office 365 experience.
Prerequisites:
* Only applicants with full working rights in Australia will be considered
* A driver's license is highly regarded
* Ability to successfully complete a police check
