What You'll Do
* Welcome members and guests, assisting with daily competitions and club enquiries.
* Deliver brilliant customer service—helping with everything from membership options to retail sales.
* Operate point of sale systems and ensure our shop is always inviting and well-presented.
* Support event management and provide information on all club services.
* Maintain a safe, organised, and positive environment for all.
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in retail, customer service, or administration (preferred, but not essential).
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
* Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
* Experience with Microsoft Office and point of sale systems (preferred).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A current National Police Clearance Certificate (no older than three months).
* Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (or willingness to obtain).
* First Aid training (preferred).
