Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle OSB & SOA Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions. The role involves building scalable, high‐performance services using Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus (OSB) to enable seamless integration across business‐critical systems.

Experience Required
Minimum 5+ years of hands‐on experience in Oracle Middleware technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop integrations using Oracle Service Bus (OSB) and Oracle SOA Suite (11g/12c)
* Develop and maintain BPEL processes, mediators, business rules, and adapters
* Build REST and SOAP‐based services and API integrations
* Create and configure WSDLs, XSDs, and XML transformations (XSLT/XQuery)
* Work with solution architects to design integration patterns (sync/async, pub‐sub, orchestration)
* Ensure adherence to enterprise integration standards and governance frameworks
* Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployments
* Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root‐cause analysis
Mandatory Skills
* Strong hands‐on experience in Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL, mediator, rules)
* Experience with XML, XSD, XSLT, XQuery
* Experience with SOAP & REST web services
* Good understanding of WebLogic Server, JMS, AQ, and messaging concepts
* Experience in exception handling, fault handling, and retry frameworks
* Strong debugging and performance tuning skills

* Strong analytical and problem‐solving ability
* Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders
* Ability to work in fast‐paced, delivery‐driven environments
* Ownership mindset with proactive issue resolution
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Relevant Oracle Middleware certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
