What you’ll do
As a Personal Support Worker, you’ll support people to live safely, independently, and with dignity by providing:
* Personal and self-care support including hygiene, dressing, eating and meal preparation
* Light domestic assistance and support with daily living tasks
* Community access support — transport, shopping, and social outings
* Skill development and personal growth opportunities aligned with support plans
* Respectful, strengths-based support that upholds privacy, empowerment, and choice
What you’ll bring

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Sensitivity, understanding, and respect for each participant’s abilities, strengths, and circumstances
* Ability to maintain documentation, file notes and follow support plans
* Flexibility to support a wide range of clients with individualised needs
* Professional integrity, reliability, and a person-centred mindset
You’ll also need
* Certificate III in Community Services (Disability) or equivalent
* Current First Aid & CPR (within 12 months)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children Check
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
