As a recruiter working closely with a well-established and forward-thinking law firm in Islington, I am currently seeking an experienced Private Wealth Solicitor to join their expanding Private Client team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior solicitor (7+ years PQE) who is technically strong, commercially minded, and looking to play a key role within a progressive and collaborative firm that values both professional excellence and work-life balance.
The Role
You will take responsibility for managing your own varied and high-quality caseload, advising a broad client base that includes high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and business owners. The work is intellectually engaging and relationship-driven, with an emphasis on delivering tailored, strategic advice.
Your core responsibilities will include:
* Drafting complex wills and advising on inheritance planning
* Handling probate matters and full estate administration
* Advising on and administering trusts
* Providing clear, practical advice to clients at all stages of the private wealth lifecycle
* Experience in Court of Protection and deputyship work would be welcomed, but this is not essential for the right candidate.
