A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different but mostly you'll be: - Providing strategic leadership across all culinary and F&B operations. - Driving innovation in menus, concepts, and service delivery that surprise and delight our guests. - Mentoring and inspiring a diverse team of chefs, food & beverage duty managers, team leaders, and service professionals. - Ensuring our operations remain financially strong, operationally efficient, and fully compliant. - Playing a key role in shaping the future direction of our dining and beverage culture. What we need from you: - Responsible for leading and nurturing a workplace culture that is positive, inclusive, and aligned with IHG's values, ensuring team members feel engaged, supported, and motivated to deliver their best. - Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field preferred. - Senior leadership in culinary and/or F&B Management within hotels or multi-faceted venues. - A track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and business results. - Strong financial acumen and ability to balance innovation with operational excellence. - A people-first leadership style that inspires, develops, and motivates teams. - Knowledge of current industry trends, guest preferences, and compliance requirements. - Exceptional communication skills.
