We are seeking an Administrator to join our BTP team in Mt Thorley.

About the Role
The prime focus of this role is to ensure the delivery of day-to-day Administration Support for the Field service department and Operations.
This role reports directly to the NSW Operations Manager of Mining Services at BTP.
Key Requirements
Must hold a current Drivers Licence
2-3 years' experience within Administration preferred.
Ability to engage with customers and suppliers
Accounts/ invoicing
Data entry, archiving and scanning.
Maintenance and accuracy of the capacity calendar
Booking inductions/ assisting site access
Ability to problem solve, assist, guide and improve process.
Communicates professionally and effectively to all stakeholders (internal and external).
Proactive, highly motivated with a collaborative team-orientated mindset.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Intermediate - Advanced Word skills; as well as, Intermediate - advanced Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
Ability to prioritise with excellent time management skills.
